AIK Training specializes in developing field sport athletes — baseball, softball, soccer, lacrosse, and football. We focus on building speed, explosiveness, agility, and overall athletic performance while reducing injury risk and preparing athletes to excel at the next level.
Not necessarily. Your assessment and initial program are designed around what you have access to. We'll work with you based on your training environment — gym, home, or field.
We use Dropbox for all video submissions. Once enrolled, you'll receive a link to your personal Dropbox folder. Upload your weekly clips there and your coach will send back a full breakdown.
More than you might expect. You'll have a weekly check-in text from your coach, a weekly video feedback call, bi-weekly Sunday Zoom sessions with the full staff, and a monthly program review call. Plus 24/7 access via direct message.
Both. Your program is built around three pillars — Movement Prep, Speed & Agility, and Strength & Power. The emphasis is determined by your assessment results and goals.
