Winter Training Series

10 WEEK CAMP 

January – March |  Indianapolis, IN |  Wednesdays & Sundays | 5:00 PM (Beginner) & 6:00 PM (Advanced)

Over 10 weeks, our athletes build speed, strength, and confidence through elite performance training. Each session combines proven methods in strength development, sprint mechanics, recovery, and mindset — the tools every athlete needs to separate from the competition.​​

10 wk camp

Include details such as years of experience, types of programs you’ve completed, and areas you’ve focused on (e.g., strength, speed, agility, conditioning). This helps our coaching staff evaluate your current level and tailor programming to match your performance goals.

Please list any current or past injuries, surgeries, or physical limitations that may impact your training. Include approximate dates and any ongoing treatment or restrictions. This information ensures our coaches can modify exercises appropriately and keep your training safe and effective.

Outline the key areas you want to improve during this training cycle. Be specific—whether it’s increasing speed, building strength, improving mobility, or enhancing overall athletic performance.
